Inside Sales Representative - Verathon®

Verathon® is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to become the newest member of our Inside Sales team located in Bothell, WA. This role is 100% remote*, based out of our Headquarters in Bothell, WA. Must be able to start work at 7 am PST or earlier. *Must be able to drive into the office on occasion for trainings, meetings, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into med device sales because we'll train!

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving warranty solutions to our existing customer base for Verathon’s BladderScan and GlideScope medical devices, with a secondary responsibility of selling devices to facilities that are not targeted by our outside sales force.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Champion annual sales quotas by actively promoting Verathon’s products and services in designated territories and healthcare markets
  • Manage business pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
  • Make 30+ outbound calls and emails per day
  • Navigate through organizations of all sizes
  • Farm the installed base for warranty sales
  • Partner with field sales team to drive winning solutions within the assigned geography
  • Combat and overcome customer objections utilizing product knowledge, negotiating skills, and a keen ear for unspoken obstacles
  • Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products and the Verathon brand at the customer level
  • Occasional on-site customer visits to consult and sell Verathon products

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • High energy and self-motivated
  • Passion for sales and providing a high level of service to client base, while achieving personal success
  • 1+ years of sales experience; B2B is preferred
  • Dynamic personality with a positive attitude that customers can genuinely feel over the phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform and remain focused in a highly active and demanding sales environment
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
  • Effective time management, organization, and commitment to the Verathon sales process
  • Willing and able to learn and follow FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 ($24.04/hr)
  • Commission: $45,000 (Actual commission may be lower or higher depending on quota attainment. For new hires starting after January 1st, commissions will be pro-rated based on start date and quota.)
